Widowed Worldwide does not have a message board facility.

There are, however, a number of message boards on the internet for the bereaved.

If you should access any of these and are considering meeting someone please read the following guidelines.

Sharing Board

The "Widowed Worldwide Sharing Board" is primarily to show that although grief is very personal, the process of bereavement can be similar.

Perhaps you would care to share your own feelings as these may help others worldwide.

How have you coped with your loss?
Were your family and friends supportive or where they simply unable to understand the depth of your grief?
How has your life changed
Have you managed to find happiness in the long term?

We realise that other cultures may be expected to deal with grief in different ways. We would appreciate input from anyone who is willing to pass on information to help us empathise. Just send us your experiences for inclusion on the Sharing Board.
