A large open plan lounge has double windows flooding the room with light. Here two sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs provide a comfortable environment in which to relax.
Cable TV and video are provided. Both telephone and Internet access are available as well as email through the TV.
For the summer months an air conditioner takes care of temperature and humidity.
The lounge extends into the kitchen that also receives natural light from the side.
The well designed kitchen is fitted with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and oven with hob and extractor - a chance to cook and yet to entertain your guests without missing out on the conversation.
The apartment is fully equipped with Royal Doulton tableware, cutlery, utensils and saucepans. The rental includes all linens and towels. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
The main bedroom with double bed has its own en-suite bathroom with WC and shower.
The second bedroom has twin beds and guests would use the family bathroom which has WC, wash hand basin and bath with hand held shower. Both bedrooms have pleasant outlooks over the communal rear gardens.
This luxury apartment was completed in October 2001, with double-glazed throughout and triple glazing to the front facing rooms and has been tastefully decorated and furnished in attractive colour schemes. The whole effect is one of light and space - with maple doors and chrome fittings.
The apartment is serviced weekly when bedlinens and towels are changed.
All heating and hot water is by electricity with modern systems to achieve the best efficiency levels.
The ETC will inspect the apartment annually and we hope that it will be awarded four stars at its first inspection in the next eight weeks
