St Peters' Way Apartment
Entry into the block is by an entryphone system and there is good external lighting. The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a large bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with two single beds, bathroom (bath only) and an extremely large lounge with dining area. We hope to redesign the bathroom in November 2001 to include the installation of a shower.
The large bedroom is decorated in yellow and blue and the smaller one in shades of pink. . A totally new kitchen has been installed, coming with a combined washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker and toaster. The lounge overlooks the communal gardens and has a modernist dining table and six chairs, a comfortable lounge suite and display unit. There is a colour TV with Teletext and a Video with Videoplus. The telephone is in the hallway and this is a coin operated system. Cable TV and email will eventually be
available.
The whole of the apartment has been totally rewired and freshly decorated throughout in attractive colour schemes. New carpets have been laid, plus new curtains and furniture, all to a high and tasteful standard. The apartment comes fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, saucepans and utensils, bedlinen and towels. We feel that this apartment offers real quality living at an affordable rental. Everything is provided, leaving guests to concentrate on bringing just themselves and their luggage. There will be a supply of cleaning materials and of course a Hoover, iron and ironing board are provided. There is a drying rack to go over the bath in addition to the washer/dryer machine and there is a hairdryer with several different nozzles. The apartment is cleaned for each incoming set of guests and is then serviced on a weekly basis for longer stays.
The apartment is totally double-glazed and all opening windows are lockable. Central heating is efficiently delivered by ducted hot air and the same boiler provides the hot water. The apartment is inspected annually under the ETC scheme and is currently rated at THREE STARS. As Owners we fully support both the LTB and the BTA in their attempts to promote this rating system and to improve standards in this sector of the marketplace. We shall continue to make changes to this apartment whenever we can.
St. Peters Way apartment has a garage for the use of guests.
