Joining the Network

Corncrake does not work on an agency basis. oIt is more of an exclusive club consisting of a few very able, and in the main, independent individuals located in various countries around the world.o Each has proven expertise in at least one relevant business sector.o A typical profile would be as follows:

  • Good first degree followed by an MBA, MSc or accountancy qualification;
  • Operational experience at senior executive level in a major blue chip company;
  • Experience with one of the leading management consulting organisations;
  • Relevant sector/country experience consistent with Corncrake's focus;
  • Highly analytical, clear thinking, expressive. oTypical age range 35-55.

Corncrake is more concerned about quality and reputation than about expansion.oo We are only interested in hearing from high calibre people whose profile can - as a minimum - at least match the above. oOnly by adopting this demanding policy can we ensure that any widening of the network will also strengthen the network.
