consultants (or in some cases, other small specialist consulting companies) are part of the Corncrake network on the grounds of their impressive capability in one field or another. oAlmost all have a sound grounding in strategic and financial analysis supported by an MBA or equivalent. oMany have experienceo
of working for one of the larger consulting organisations. oMore
fundamentally, a precondition for inclusion in the Corncrake network is
a proven track record in operational management at senior executive level.
Corncrake will
not overextend itself. There is no need to do so because we have no ‘standing
army’ and no large corporate overhead to cover. We will not take on any
assignment unless we are sure that we can underpin our generic capability
to carry out strategic and financial analysis with specific operational
expertise relating to that particular industry sector and country/market. |
