Daybreak

Johnny, in Loughborough, Leicestershire:
Daybreak for showcasing that The Roses could pull of so many different styles.

Damien Healy in Melbourne, Australia:
It simply gets me stoned without touching the dope, an awsome lyrical content (black bones are the original bones...) and a serenely groovy guitar lick. At times it reminds me of the debut album.

Peter Gough in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada:
The funkiest, most grooving song. Try not to move while listening to it.

name=Bk in Aberdeen, Scotland:
Speaking about the version live in Ireland, carries lyrics which no one could think up and is just classic electric guitar.

Gordon Wason in Glasgow, Scotland:
Its better than a kick in the stones. (I think anything is!...Ed)

Danny Lippard in Luton, England:
One of the few tracks on Second Coming where Squire didn't disappear completely up his own arse. When I heard that this song started just as John, Mani and Reni jamming, it blew my mind. To my knowledge, they had recorded this just whilst jamming in the studio, and it was so good Browny wrote some words for it, and it got on the album. A great fusion of instruments in this one, they all gel together perfectly.

Brian Ross in Derry, Ireland:
Listen! Its the sorta amazon vibe at the start of it. Its as if that riff comes from nowhere. AMAZING.
