About Community and Regional Planning Services

Community and Regional Planning Services was formed in 1997 to provide an independent planning advice and consultancy service with a high level of commitment to the environment, to community sensitivity and to sustainable development.  We are proud of our personal service.

Our clients range from the statutory agencies and country-wide organisations, through parish and town councils, amenity, environmental and other local groups, to small businesses and private clients.  We operate throughout England.

We specialise in responding to or submitting planning applications, in influencing and making representations on development plans, in appeal and public inquiry hearings, and in negotiating s.106 Planning Agreements, either on behalf of our clients or by working jointly with them.

We also undertake studies and research into land-use planning topics.
