Appeals against refusal of planning permission

Have you been refused planning permission, or had onerous conditions imposed, and are considering an appeal?  Whether the Appeal is to be considered by Written Representations, Informal Hearing or full Inquiry, in order to make as complete and comprehensive a case as possible to the Inspector professional advice is recommended.  There is a strict procedure to be followed.  Community and Regional Planning Services can help either by representing you or by assisting with the process.

Taking part in Appeals made by others

Local organisations, members of the public and other third parties are entitled to take part in Appeals made by others, by preparing written statements and/or personal appearance at a Hearing or Inquiry.  A strict timescale applies.  To make the most of your contribution to the process, call us in to assist or represent you.
