We can assist you with:

• making and following up planning applications
• holding pre-application discussions with the local planning authority
• investigating site history and carrying out other research
• commenting on a planning application made by a neighbour or others
• responding to development plan proposals, including the new Local Development Frameworks
• appeals and inquiries

We also undertake research and studies into land-use and spatial planning topics and provide training in the town and country planning system.
