Parish and town councils

Community and Regional Planning Services provides a special service to parish and town councils throughout England.

To respond appropriately to that large or complex planning application, to analyse an Environmental Statement, or to negotiate a s.106 Agreement, you will probably need expert planning advice: come to us!  We can also help you to have more influence on your Local Development Framework or Regional Spatial Strategy when this comes to be produced or revised.  Maybe minerals excavation or waste disposal is your problem.  If you become involved with a planning appeal or inquiry, you will almost certainly need professional help.
