Caravan to Let
The caravan is situated on our five acre smallholding which is equidistant from the market towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn and one mile from the village of Cenarth ( the closest shops and pubs ) with its famous waterfall and all the usual facilities of a tourist village.
The beach resorts of Mwnt, Tresaith, Aberporth, Llangranog and many others are a short drive ( 5 or 6 miles) from us and good walking is available in the Teifi Valley and on the Presceli Hills.
The caravan is a six berth unit consisting of one double bedroom and one other bedroom with bunk beds. A further double bed drops down in the main living room which also contains a long bench seat which could, if necessary, provide a seventh berth. Blankets, pillows and duvets are provided but you should bring your own pillow cases, bedsheets and towels.
The kitchen contains a full size cooker, a refrigerator and an electric kettle plus sufficient crockery, cutlery and kitchenware for six persons.
The bathroom contains a bath, hand basin and flush toilet. Hot water is by virtue of an electric immersion heater in the main hot water cylinder. An electric coin meter is fitted which takes one pound coins. A colour television is provided and adequate parking for one car is available close to the caravan.

- A Satellite Dish and Decoder(Eutelsat and Hot Bird Clear Channels Only)
- A Sega Megadrive with 1 Game
We have a play area for our own four children which has a double swing, a large slide, a sand pit and a barbeque which you are welcome to use.
Children are most welcome, pets also. We are, however, in sheep country and small/medium dogs only are acceptable provided they are securely leashed or supervised at all times. A small supplement of £5 per week is charged.
Though the caravan is capable of sleeping seven for comfort and enjoyment we cannot accept more than three adults in any party. Two car parties are also not accepted except by prior arrangement.

Booking can be made at any time though preferably by phone in the evenings and a deposit of £20 per week will secure any reservation.
