Shifty Nits
This is the first Shifty Nits column for Slack ‘n’ Hash magazine. In keeping with the theme of betrayal, evil and villainy of this issue, the monsters in this issue are not just vile creatures for PCs to slaughter. Instead, they are creatures that seem friendly or benevolent, but take far more out of the PCs than they give. To quote an old cliché, it's better to have an honest enemy than a dishonest friend. These monsters are definitely in the latter category.
And so, without further ado, here’s this issue’s selection: the friendleech and the traitor blade.
