Realms of Evil Games. One of the few forums on the web that doesn't suck. Treasure it, for there aren't many. I recently joined the Creative Web Team.
Planewaker.com. The official Planescape site. I used to be the project leader of the Rrakkma: Legacy of Zerthimon section. Planescape was one of the few TSR/WOTC campaign worlds I really liked.
Dungeoneering. A rather nice collection of d20 system resources. Well worth a look.

Critical Miss - the magazine for dysfunctional gamers. A British (mostly) zine released ~~four times a year~~ ~~three times a year~~ whenever the writers can be arsed. Not specifically related to any system, but bloody funny and worth checking out.
Roleplaying Tips Weekly - it's, er, a weekly magazine. With tips for role-playing in it. No surprises there. Plenty of material in each issue. Issues can be emailed directly to you, or viewed on the website.

Wizards of the Coast. Producers of D&D. Nuff said.
Steve Jackson Games. Producers of GURPS, Illuminati, etc.
Chaosium. Call of Cthulhu. What more need be said?
Malhavoc Press. Monte Cook's company. I bought their books back when I had money. Great stuff.
Necromancer Games. Third Edition rules, First Edition feel. Being a sad dungeoneer who wishes there could be more Tombs of Horrors, I find their sentiment very close to my heart.

A few cartoonists who are infinitely more talented than me.

	Queen of Wands. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. More or less. With added monkeys.
	Something Positive. Updated occasionally throughout the week. A great cartoon that gave us the Redneck Tree and the phrase "Rocks fall! Everyone dies!"
	Flem. Sick. Appalling. Funny.
	Chopping Block. Serial Killers are people too. The work of a very talented cartoonist. Inimitable. Updated most days.
	Bob the Angry Flower. Any intro for this would simply be... pap. Read it. It's good. Updated every Friday.
	Edible Dirt. In much the same mold as Flem... but then again the site was pimped by Mr. Grant. Hilarious. Read it. Now.
