Monday and we were still away sunning ourselves in Cornwall.
| Tuesday and the walls are getting near roof height now. |

The rear is ready for the Lintels above the French door openings. |

Wednesday and the Lintels and wall plate are now on. |
| Scaffolders are round again at the front. Notice the long poles for the temporary roof. |
|
|
Thursday and the first visit from the roofers to strip the rear roof. I hope it doesn't rain too hard. |

That's about all for this week as we are now waiting on a structural engineer to give us the timber calculations for the roof.
Climbing up the scaffold gave us the first opportunity to see what the view from the rear will be like.
