HD Tapping Compound

When cutting or tapping metals lubrication is required and
it helps if the swarf can be maintained free from lumps and clusters.
Beeswax has lubricating properties and can maintain swarf in
dispersed particles, but on its own beeswax is too hard for
comfortable working.
This compound is a blend of beeswax and lubricating oils
that form a Stiff paste.
It is useful on 'Difficult' materials like stainless steel.
It can be mixed or blended with any of the other three
products on the previous page.
