Has a tick in the box
Or tick it if it has not.
Print at 800 x 600 resolution.
These charts and matrices owe much to the originals produced
by BIBBA and GBBG but are freshly prepared using computer techniques.
Set Side margins 12.5 mm, Top margin 12.5 mm and Bottom margin
20 mm.
