These frames are simply made for those with access to a
table saw, or standard top bars can be shortened using a mitre saw
or hand saw.
The special frames are made with extra horizontal, grooved
bars similar to top bars at one third height and two thirds height...
3 starter strips are fitted (one to each horizontal bar)... (As per
the diagram below)...
