This blade has Three uses... It is designed to be the
cutting element of the decorator's scraper that we beekeepers have
adopted for hive scraping.

It is 1.6 mm thick, 11.5 mm wide
and 50 mm long and lends itself admirably to the nicking of glass
tubing for acurate snapping.
It can be fitted into a wooden handle with about half its
length exposed... When it makes a useful tool for scraping used frame
parts.
Resharpening or "freshening" the edge can be achieved using
a diamond hone.
