This was one of only four machines used by Cambridgeshire Constabulary to police the 30,000+ bikers at the annual BMF Rally; among other duties.
Tim's own bike, at the time, was a Kawasaki ZXR750.

This was a joint venture between The Workshop and the (then) Community Centre management. It was supported by Shell Oils, the RAC, Battlesbridge Motorcycle Museum, the "Free Spirit Riders MCC" and the GoldWing OC.
The show was a success despite the late withdrawal of one of the primary exhibitors (Chucks Motorcyles) but proved to be too much effort to organise, on top of the existing commitments of The Workshop, to become an annual event.
