Windows

These computers do not come with windows. All pcs need windows to run (or other suitable operating system). We can supply windows for £79.99 or you can buy it yourself. If you are upgrading your computer you probably already have windows.- note the audio pc requires windows 2000 to run properly with the dual processors.

Installation

We can install the pc at your home for a charge of £40 plus £10 per 50miles distance from Ottery St Mary. i.e. to install a system in Plymouth would be £60. £40 installation, plymouth is about 100miles away, so £20 fuel. You must have a copy of windows before we can install your computer. If you are unsure then please ask.

How to buy

So you've decided to have a pc built for you. This first thing to do is phone us and order it. We require a deposit equal to 50 percent of the total sale price before building can begin. Once payment has been made we will get to work straight away building your pc. It will then be ready for you to collect or we will deliver and install it if you require. Your pc should take no longer than 2 weeks - most being completed well inside 1 week.

What if I want to build my own?

No problem. The computer will have the hard drives connected, the floppy drive connected, the RAM fitted and that will be all. The rest is reasonably easy to do. The hardest part being installing windows and the drivers for your system.

Do I get a warrantee?

Yes, you get a 1 year warrantee on your computer. This does not cover technical support only mechanical failure.
