HEATH MEMORIAL LIBRARY RULES

Note: In the text below where "item" is used this can mean either a book or Videotape.

1.Items will be issued on loan to members by the Librarian.
2.The period of the loan will be for one month.
3.No more than two items shall be issued on loan at any one time.
4.Items must be returned on or before the date due for return.
5.A deposit of £1.00, (or other sum as deemed by the librarian and approved by the committee) shall be required on each item loaned. The deposit will be refunded when the item is returned.
6.There shall be a fine of 10p per item per week on items retained after the due date.
7.An item may be renewed for one further period of one month provided it is not required by another member.
8.Items not available at the time requested shall be issued to the member concerned as soon as they become available.
9.Any items lost or damaged whilst on loan must be replaced or paid for.

COUNTY SPRAY LIAISON SCHEME - APPLICATION FORM.

Scheme run by ANYCOUNTY BEEKEEPERS ASSOCIATION in conjunction with the BBKA and MAFF.

I understand that to take part in this scheme I must return this form to the AnycountyBKA spray liaison secretary

I also understand that the scheme is a gratuitous effort on the part of AnycountyBKA to assist beekeepers, and shall in no way give rise to any contractual or other legal obligation on the part of the above named Association, or by myself.
Nor shall the Association, or Liaison Officer, be liable in any way, to any beekeeper, or by negligence in carrying out the scheme, or in any other way.

AnycountyBKA BEEKEEPERS ASSOCIATION STATEMENT The object of the Association is to preserve the honeybee, by promoting the craft of beekeeping and educating the public of the benefit of bees to the environment

AUDITORS STATEMENT

The Association's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements. It is our responsibility to form an independent opinion on those statements, based on our audit and to report our opinion to you.

We have conducted an audit of all the disclosures and amounts in the financial statements. We have obtained all the information and explanations which we considered necessary in order to provide us with sufficient evidence that the financial statements are free from misstatement, whether caused by fraud or other irregularity or error.

In our opinion, the financial statements give a true and fair view of the Associations affairs as at the <Date>
