Double Gable Garden Room
The Customers Brief
The construction to be of traditional hardwood and to be used at all times during the year.  The customers particular concern was the highly exposed situation near the cliff top would cause excessive noise, heat loss and the possibility of water ingress. 

Our Solution
Our solution was to create the design shown above.  The problem of exposure was overcome by the window products constructed of hardwood and the roof constructed of UPVC clad aluminum.


Hipped Roof Garden Room
The Customers Brief
In this instance the customer required a design of a higher specification than most local and national company systems had to offer.  The room also had to be functional all year round.

Our Solution
Using our expertise and experience in wide span design and using an engineering alloy portal frame to support the roof, we were able to provide a solution that other companies were unable to supply.


All Year Around Garden Room
The Customers Brief
The brief here was for an elegantly designed extension to an existing property keeping to a specific budget.  A concern was that the extension should not consume too much of the garden. 

Our Solution
Our solution was an orangery design that incorporated an alloy box gutter against the house and welded to the side of the orangery to remove any water leakage problems.  This solution achieved a more elegant design than the more common "lean-to" designs.


The Orangery
The Customers Brief
The customer required a large extension to the existing property that could be used all the year round that was in keeping with the existing structure, a 16th century cottage.

Another concern was, the new structure must be maintenance free.  

 
Our Solution
We designed this orangery in maintenance free white UPVC.  The secret to creating this classic design was the careful consideration given to the glass sizes and the glazing bar spacing.

The design also incorporates a high pitched to the roof to allow self cleaning of the glass.
