A view of the splendid mural on the side of "The Rising Sun" public house on the crown of Windmill Hill in Bedminster. This view was taken within hours of the scaffold being cleared away, in 1997. What was once a dull grey concrete wall is now considerably brightened up, and made more interesting to look at. One of the recognisable landmarks depicted on this mural is Glastonbury Tor, a short distance to the right of the largest balloon basket. Since this view was taken, the flats in the background have also been brightened up with a brown and cream colour scheme of their own.
