Press [MODE] and select Graph.......PARAMETRIC, Angle.......DEGREE and SplitScreen.......FULL.

Press [¨][Y=] and enter the equations of motion in parametric form:

Press [¨][WINDOW] and enter the following values for the axes:

Press [¨][GRAPH] to return to the graph screen. Press [F1] 9:FORMAT and select GraphOrder.......SIMUL. You will observe the graphs of the projectiles' flight paths being plotted simultaneously.

To produce the frames needed for the animation, return to the WINDOW screen and change the value of tmax to 0.2 . The GRAPH screen will now show just the first step of the motion:

Repeating the process with tmax increased to 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 etc will produce subsequent images.

Use the TI-GRAPHLINK to capture each screenshot, copy each image into a graphics software package to save as a .gif file, and use these individual images with your chosen GIF Animation programme.
