Sarah Ann Chaplin was born 29 August 1907 at the Craven Arms, Sowe. She died on 14 January 1988 in Holme Towers, Penarth and was cremated at Coychurch, Glamorgan on 19 January 1988.
Sarah married Alexander Esler Spink on 20 November 1930 at St Laurence's Church, Bell Green. Alexander was born on 16 October 1906 in Erith, Kent. He died 31 May 1951 in Gulson Road Hospital, Coventry.
