The Sky Digibox Infra Red Commands can be interpreted as  56 bit commands. The first 32 bits are identical for every code sent. The last 24 bits contain the part of the code that changes.

The waveform shows a typical Sky Digibox Infra Red Remote Control code. The code was sampled by connecting a Sound Blaster mic input to the supply & output from an Infra Red transceiver. The code shown has been inverted by the transceiver, the codes transmitted by the Digibox Interface take this into account.
