Diverse undertakes a large number of new product designs, 40-50 new projects per year. This level of project work makes us efficient at all parts of the process and gives us an awareness of manufacturability. Our product design skills include a breadth of engineering knowledge, from electronics and software through to mechanics, mould tools, materials and production.
Manufacture
DIVERSE works in partnership with our customers, and can not only design the products, but can also organise the manufacture and supply, relieving the customer of stocking, manufacture setup, materials, employment and cash flow issues associated with setting up a dedicated production line.
Project Control
Familiarity with product design projects makes DIVERSE ideal for not only undertaking the design, but also managing the programme. We have undertaken total project control for clients, even to the point where departments within the client company have worked for DIVERSE.
