Our expertise centres on illumination and optical design so we ensure that the image acquired is of good quality at the outset, rather than relying on a computer vision system to improve it. This philosophy has allowed us to develop systems for a wide range of markets where conventional illumination and imaging would not yield images with sufficient contrast.

DIVERSE does not offer a standard vision analyser, but we do have the know-how to design illumination, imaging and vision analysis for a multitude of industrial purposes. DIVERSE has worked for a wide range of clients and vision analysis has been built into products for medical, quality assurance, automotive and scanner applications.

We can provide everything for a turnkey system, including appending acquired data parameters to a database, control of best practice in the setting of acceptance criteria, password protection and change management logging. The data may be used for on-screen short term trend analysis through to revealing hidden trends using statistical methods and SPC.
