DIVERSE are leaders in the design of custom light guides for a wide variety of applications including the illumination of car heater control panels; several network hub products; an angular position encoder; display indicators on RAID towers; the illumination of the CD player slot on a car stereo; and a warning indicator on a smoke detector.

In all cases DIVERSE has satisfied the customer's need for a custom design at the lowest part cost by a combination of unique optical design skills married with the ability to create photometric models of complex parts. Our customers benefit from this approach by receiving an optimised optical design, along with the quantitative proof that the design will meet their needs. Time to market is therefore reduced and tooling risks eliminated.

Custom design to manufactured supply - a one stop service

DIVERSE provides clients with our unique skill base as designers. Acquisition of the most recent version of Opticad allows the facility to import SLA files straight from the clients CAD into a format suitable for photometric analysis. We can also offer a one-stop shop approach to the supply of light guides.

DIVERSE has extensive links throughout the plastic moulding industry and can select the toolmaker, polisher and moulder to meet your particular requirements. You might need an ultra short leadtime, cheaper mouldings or minimum piece part cost. In any event DIVERSE is dedicated to finding the right combination for our customers and not concerned with promoting a particular moulder or toolmaker.
