St. Botolph's, Boston is one of  the largest parish churches in England and dates from circa 1310. It's tower is 272 feet high and  can be seen for many miles across the flat landscape of Lincolnshire. Boston is of course the place where the Pilgrim Fathers set sail for America in the Mayflower in 1620.
