There are a number of ways you can order items from this site! Options are listed below:
1. Submit an E-mail Order Form and pay by cheque, cash or Postal Order
When you have browsed the site and found any items you wish to purchase, click on "Order by Email" and it will bring up a window with an order form which will be submited to us by email when you have filled in the items you want. We will confirm that the items you have requested are available and return your email with the total cost and an order reference number.
You can then send the payment for confirmed amount and we will send your items out to you as soon as possible after recieving your payment.
2. Submit an E-mail Order Form and pay with PayPal or Nochex
When you have browsed the site and found any items you wish to purchase, click on "Order by Email" and it will bring up a window with an order form which will be submited to us by email when you have filled in the items you want. We will confirm that the items you have requested are available and will send you a PayPal or Nochex invoice (depending on which method of payment you selected on the order form) and an order reference number.
When your online payment has been confirmed we will send your items out to you as soon as possible.
3. Post a printed Order Form with payment by cheque, cash or Postal Order
When you have browsed the site and found any items you wish to purchase, click on "Print Order Form" and it will bring up a window with a printable (pdf format*) order form which you can fill in and post to us with your payment.
We will send your items out to you as soon as possible after recieving your order and payment. (please note, that they may be a slightly longer delay in sending out goods if they have been ordered by post and were not currently in stock, but if they are unobtainable for a long period of time then a full refund for the item in question will be sent with the rest of the order)
4. Request items similar to those listed on the site, by email (not the form)
If you require an item for example, in a colour combination that is not listed, you can email us to request it and we will do our best to create the item you want. Please Note, it may not always be possible to do this if some supplies are out of stock or no longer obtainable, but you will be informed by email if it will not be possible to create your requested item!
