The Dyke would like to introduce you to her own little Dyke World and it's sordid little back passages.
Are you enough of a Dyke? Now The Dyke has studied hard to get to her level of perfection and she would like to share some pearls of wisdom that she has picked up during her travels.
Her main area's of interest are Dyke Music, Sex, Style, Piercings, Tattoos and Attitude
Sex:
The Dyke believes that everyone should have lots of it. As, if nothing else, you can justify it as preparation for when you meet The Dyke, practise does make perfect now doesn't it? Now some less enlightened souls might think that The Dyke is a slut but remember she is selfless and is doing it all for the good of the Dyke community. It would be unfair of her to ever say no. How could she disappoint her adoring fans? However The Dyke knows she is clean and gets a regular AIDs check as she would be really pissed to die and she would hate herself even more if she killed anyone else in the process. Remember kids, low risk don't mean no risk! So be careful and remember to look after yourself, you only get to live once.
Style:
Now This Dyke truly believes in matching her accessories. Like her motorbike to her hair, however she has come to the realisation that green hair doesn't suit her and a pink motorbike would add nothing to her street-cred so she has made a compromise. She had decided to dye her hair a delightful plum that compliments her bike's turquoise finish and dresses in black leather. What more can you ask for? A picture of her sexy bike? Of course you can as this is a page of aggressive self promotion so you can take a little look at her Perversion. However if any straight people have accidently wandered in, do not fear, you do not need to be a dyke to have a bike, (but of course it helps) as both her little brother and sister have big throbbing pieces of metal. Not that she comes from a family of bikers or anything.
Body Decorations:
Now this Dyke has done a lot in her little life to make her self more attractive, as if it were possible. However the corporate world of work has tried to cramp her style and she has had to lose a few of her favourites. So now she pays tribute to her life as a baby dyke before she was forced to grow up so cruelly.
Piercings - been there done that. The Dyke can truly say that a tongue piercing hurts to fuck when it first gets done, but after a week you can start eating again and talking normally. Sometimes she wishes she still had it but now she knows how much it hurts she is a bit reticent to have it done again and she likes the money her job brings in. So she keeps her tongue piece in a safe place and remembers it fondly. She actually liked all of her piercings but she made a decision one day and she took them all out. The Dyke stands by that decision as it worked for her, but you never know she might put them back in...
The First Tattoo:
If you want to be taken seriously you have just got to have had someone stab you hundreds of times with a rather sharp needle. (She is in seriously denial that she only did it to compliment her Self harm scars, there are easier ways to bleed). However, before you leap into the nearest Tattooist remember a Tattoo is not just for Christmas... and therefore serious thought must be taken before you take the plunge. This Dyke decided on a rather cute dragon that she drew all by herself. (Now you have got to impressed with that)
Why a Dragon you might ask? Well the Dyke blames her mother as one day in her dim and distant past the Young Dyke came home from school and saw her mother standing on the door step. The young Dyke asked why The Mother was standing on the door step and The Mother related this story to the Young Dyke.
Whilst the Young Dyke had been at school the mother had spent her hours painting a Dragon on the front of the house, a beautiful Dragon that took it's ancestory from the Chinese side of its family. But unknown to the Mother she was painting a powerful dragon that was seeped in Magic. Such that when she finished painting the last stroke on the tip of it's tail, the Dragon burst alive. It thanked the Mother for releasing it but without waiting for the Young Dyke it flew away into the distance. And it was at that moment that the Young Dyke turned the corner and saw her mother standing on the door step looking into the distance. And from that day forth the Young Dyke has been looking out for the Dragon that was created just for her. But somehow she never quite manages to catch it, but she will never give up looking as she knows that it is out there, waiting for her, she just has to believe, if she doesn't believe in her own convictions who will? So if you see her Dragon flying the skies, remember a free Dragon is so much better than a caged spirit, so don't try to catch it but instead take in the wonder and remember that there is more to life than you previously thought. And if the Dragon wants to, it will come to you.
The Second Tattoo:
Now the Dyke doesn't have this one yet but she has a plan. She doesn't know when she will get it but she knows that she will know when is the time. You see the second one will be freedom for her, it will be her reward. She knows the spectre of Self harm will always be with her but she knows she can control it and she will. So when she is free and in complete control she will Tattoo over her scars as she will no longer need them and she can close that door on that part of her life, she will have moved on. Now she has been clean for a long time and she has said no, so... she hopes the time will be soon when she can write that the second Tattoo is done. She is strong enough and her friends are there for her to help and support and she refuses to lose this fight. This Dyke will win!
Attitude:
Now this Dyke believes in Fate. Not your fate as in Gods dictating your life but rather the Fate which is just simply described by the Ancient Greeks as 'that which happens'. Now you can think things happen for bad or for good. The Dyke likes to believe that things happen for good. Cos though some really shitty things have happened in The Dyke's life and the lives of her mates, those same events have helped form The Dyke and her mates into the people they are today. And she wouldn't want it any other way cos a lot of good has come from how she is now. So remember there is always a positive side to everything, you just have to wait for it and remember to take the knocks in your stride, experiences are useful to form your view of the world.
