Elite Ballooning are experts in the field of Hot Air Balloon Management and Operation. We offer a complete package covering design, manufacture and operation. Based in the Midlands, we offer a regional service - rather than a national or global one - at a budget price. Working closely with the client, we will design the balloon, trailer (for storage and transport), crew uniforms and related publicity materials - and arrange the manufacture of them. We take care of all arrangements for the balloon to appear at outdoor events - including taking the client's staff and guests for flights. (Examples of events include Balloon Festivals, County Shows, Motorsport Events and Air Shows). We recognise we are not experts in the specialised field of public relations, so do not offer this as part of our service. However, we are happy to work with the clients own PR specialists to maximise the publicity potential of the balloon. Our charging scheme is simple. There is an annual charge to cover the cost of insurance, maintenance, storage, etc and an event charge which covers entry fees, fuel, crew expenses, etc. We submit a budget at the start of each year detailing the charges we will make for each event. This way the client knows exactly how much the operation of the balloon will cost. |
