Since 1990, I have successfully coached and mentored individuals and business leaders through challenging transitions and towards positive, results-oriented change. As a long time life strategist, businesswoman, educator, and visionary leadership coach, I've been blessed to have had a number of outstanding mentors influence my life. Prior to establishing my Life Design Strategy and Visionary Leadership Coaching practice, I earned my expertise through high profile corporate management experience. Affiliated with diverse leading global organisations throughout my career, I developed and managed national sales & marketing organisations, and national training and development functions. I have built a practice that has gained respect and credibility with high profile international businesses, some of which include Barclays Bank PLC, Unisys Corporation, Chase Manhattan Corporation, BancOne Financial Services, and Bank of America; local government authorities such as Portsmouth City Council (UK), higher education such as San Diego State University (USA) and a myriad of charities and non-profit organisations.

I am a freelance writer with a passion for exploring life's possibilities and the lessons that help us become "better" as we journey through life.

As the author of a comprehensive library of life strategy tools, life-enhancing programs, and professional skill development programs, my client's resources are vast.
