Coaching
Partnership Ethics
For telephone coaching, Client
will take responsibility for phoning Ellen Bower
at the pre-determined session time. Client is
responsible to pay any telephone charges for the
duration of the telephone coaching session. For
in-person coaching, Client will agree to meet
Ellen Bower at her office, or another pre-agreed
location.
Refund Procedures
In cases of pre-paid coaching
fees:
1. If client ceases coaching prior to end of
cycle, client receives a pro-rata refund.
2. If Ellen Bower ceases coaching prior to end of
cycle, client receives a pro-rata refund.
Cancelled/Reschedule
Session Procedures
With 24 hours notice, Ellen
Bower will reschedule your coaching session.
Otherwise, client may be expected to fulfill the
fee requirements for the session missed.
Missed Session
Procedures
If the client does not
telephone Ellen Bower at the pre-designated time,
or does not show up for a pre-designated session,
the client may be expected to fulfill the fee
requirements for the session missed.
Late Telephone
Call Procedures
The telephone coaching session
will continue if the client is within 15 minutes
late making the telephone call to Ellen Bower. If
the client phones later than 15 minutes after the
scheduled session, the client may forfeit that
time and may be expected to fulfill the fee
requirements for the session missed.
Late In-Person
Procedures
The in-person coaching session
will continue if the client is within 15 minutes
late for the scheduled session. If the client is
more than 15 minutes late to the session, they
may forfeit that time and may be expected to
fulfill the fee requirements for the session
missed.
