Life and Career Coaching
Coaching sessions are generous and efficient in
length and can range from 45-90 minutes in length,
as dictated by the client's needs, availability and desired outcomes.
£35 - £50 per session ($55
- $75 USA)
Business Coaching
Coaching sessions are generous and efficient in
length and can range from 45-90 minutes in length,
as dictated by the client.
£50 - £75 per session ($75 - $115 USA)
Executive Coaching
Coaching sessions are generous and efficient in
length and can range from 45-90 minutes in length,
as dictated by the client.
£75 - £100 per session ($115
- $150 USA)
Organisational Group Development (Training or Consultation)
On-Site group sessions are designed according to the
client's specific needs for group development, training or facilitation.
£400 per 1/2 Day Session ~ £750 per Full Day Session ($600/$1,100 USA)
E-Mail Coaching Package
Monthly coaching provided weekly
via e-mail, including resources.
£85 per month ($130 USA)

Telephone Coaching

at the time of appointment. Telephone coaching is
supplemented with e-mail support between coaching
sessions.
In-Person Coaching
Client meets with Ellen Bower at her office in
Horndean, Hampshire or at a pre-agreed location,
as appropriate.
E-Mail Coaching
~ Includes unlimited e-mail exchange
~ Client communicates issues/progress to Ellen
via e-mail
~ Ellen provides coaching, guidance, and
resources to support client needs.
