Self-Coaching Experience
What do you want
from your coaching experiences? What does your
"soul" want you to achieve? Have you
asked yourself what you want to do, feel and
achieve from coaching?
Here's an
invitation...
In between your
coaching sessions, you have an excellent
opportunity for introspection and self-motivation
to keep the coaching process alive and results-oriented.
Prior to beginning your next coaching session,
consider these questions. They offer a useful
method to prepare and assure that your coaching
session reaches maximum potential.
Print out this
page, dedicate a few moments of uninterrupted
time, and write about your thoughts and
perspectives. Remember...the extent to which
coaching will positively influence your life is a
direct result of the commitment you can make to
achieving your personal or business aspirations.
By writing (or typing) your progress in between
coaching sessions, you are making the ultimate
commitment, and treating your life with the
respect it deserves!
