"May your life of work be a
work of art." ~

What Is Coaching?
The most profound way to learn
skills, develop a style and identify guiding
principles is directly from other people who we
admire and look up to.
Coaching is a process that
guides you towards creating life design
strategies to fulfil your ambitions and bring
life to long awaited aspirations. As your
Professional Life Coach, I will work in
partnership with you to remove obstacles, convert
challenges into possibilities, eliminate self-defeating
behaviours and beliefs, and guide you towards
making your aspirations and intentions a reality.
Simply put, coaching is a well-structured
series of conversations between a professional
coach and a client, with the intent to guide the
client toward a more fulfilled and positively
enhanced life. This is most successfully achieved
by guiding a client in setting tailored goals and
intentions, and establishing realistic actions to
achieve those goals and intentions.
Coaching very effectively
assists clients in raising their self-awareness ~
a powerful step to help them move forward quickly
and confidently, with lifetime results.
What, Then, Is A
Professional Life Coach?
A Professional Life Coach has
been described as a trusted role model, an
advisor, a guide, a teacher, a sponsor, an
example...someone who models the way for us
through their humanity, compassion, competence,
and caring. They are often viewed as a source of
inspiration, gifted in areas where others want to
gain expertise, and trusted as reliable learning
resources.
Ideally, a Professional Life
Coach is...
- someone who can facilitate
maturity and professional competence,
- someone who can teach,
train and share their own competence,
- someone who can advocate,
perceive and expand culture and wisdom,
- someone who can model
mastery in areas that others want to
achieve,
- someone who can sponsor
others without controlling them, and
- someone who can empower
others with their passion for life and
their work.

What Is The Philosophy
Of Coaching?
We often know what we want in
life, but we don't often know how to achieve
those things. A Professional Life Coach is
someone who has lived through similar situations
as your own, and has the resources, tools and
experience to show you the best path to achieve
your goals.
