S3 (CN353).

The S-3 pressure driver contains a substantial ceramic magnet and a strong but lightweight composite aluminium diaphragm (Melamine). It has a smooth and sensitive response epitomising the warm “British” sound at its best.

It features a 3 inch voice coil and can be used from 440hz if correctly loaded.

The S-3 is used the Thunderbolt and Papa Two systems driving through 4 cell dispersive and 4Khz horns. The S-3 was constantly upgraded since it was first designed and was one of the first pressure drivers to employ a ceramic magnet assembly.
