WHAT IS IT?

The present tense enables you to talk or write about things which are happening now.

HOW DO YOU DO IT?

For the majority of verbs (those which end in -ER, to the exception of Aller- To go), remove the last two letters (ER) and:

When you use       JE (I)                                                  add E
When you use       TU (You)                                             add ES
When you use       
IL or ELLE or ON (He or She or WE) add E
When you use       
NOUS (WE)                                        add ONS
When you use       
VOUS (YOU)                                       add -EZ
When you use       ILS or ELLES                                      add ENT
