A warm welcome to the new children who joined us at the start of the Summer Term and to their parents. We have a thriving Friends Association to which all families are automatically members. Information can be found on the Parent Notice Boards.
On behalf of the Governing Body, I am pleased to inform you that following interviews held in school yesterday, Mrs. Dakin was successful in being appointed as a permanent member of our teaching staff. We wish Mrs. Dakin a continuing happy and successful future at Great Barford Lower School.
Change of Assembly - please note that the Robin's Assembly for Parents has been changed to Thursday 6th July at 9.10 am.
Drop In Sessions - The Robin Drop In sessions are now on Wednesdays between 3.00 & 3.25 pm.

Thursday 25th May 2000 - Please support this fund raising activity organised by the Friends Association, details of which have been sent home today. Please ensure that your child brings his or her sponsor form with them on the day.
A reminder please to send all money into school in a envelope marked with your child's name, class and amount, and if possible enclose the correct value to avoid giving change! Thank you.

The promotion has finished, but we are still collecting and counting - could we reach 20,000 and get two computers ???
A reminder that all children need plimsolls or trainers for outside games during the Summer Term. (Please check your child's plimsolls if they have been kept in school all year - they may need the next size up!). Thank you.
