The Worcester scheme is different in that the SHO teaching is fully integrated throughout the three-year course,

Right from the start, the emphasis on General Practice as you rotate through various specialties; making you aware of the learning and experience you will need to become a GP.

Each term there is a whole-day visit to a local practice and there are opportunities to link with local trainers who will help you get the most out of your hospital jobs.

Sound preparation for the MRCGP

Throughout, there is good support for MRCGP exam. Teaching and preparation for the exam are fully integrated as part of the half-day release scheme. Both course organisers are examiners for the MRCGP.
