Missed most of the 1st half!!! The 2nd half was nice on the eye though and the Tunisians tried really hard but had no luck/skill in front of goal. The Russians' first goal was a bit of a daisy cutter, but still - it went in. Penalty? I'm not sure about that - but curly Karpin made no mistake. Peter Prendergast was rather inconsistent. The Tunisians tried to get a penalty, but the player down was booked (as per new FIFA rules) for diving. The same player tried it again a little later. No penalty - but no booking either. I wish they'd get their acts together.

Rivalto was fined £5.180 for his cheating. Wow, that's going to hurt him, isn't it!! He says he has no regrets. Hopefully one of the Chinese or Costas will get him! :)
