RECIPE

Smoked Turkey Burrito

2 jalapeno peppers seeded and minced, 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, 4 oz green or red chilli salsa, 3 ripe avocados peeled, 2 tbs lemon juice, 1/2 tsp onion salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 lb smoked turkey cut paper thin, 6 flour tortillas warmed, salsa or corn relish

In a small bowl, mix together jalapenos, cream cheese, sour cream and salsa until well blended. Put aside. In another bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice until fairly smooth. Add onion salt and pepper and continue mashing until smooth. Thickly coat tortillas with the jalapeno/cheese mixture right to the edge. Top this with turkey slices, then spread avocado mash on top. Roll up tortillas like Swiss rolls; slice burritos diagonally (space cuts about 3/4 inch apart) to make pinwheel shapes. Serve with salsa or corn relish.

Wash down with: Dos Equis or Sol
