Pour white peach juice into a wine glass or champagne flute, if available. Add a dash of lemon juice (more if peach nectar is substituted) and a dash of black currant juice or grenadine for colour. Fill with chilled champagne. |

Method |

|
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass about one-third full of crushed ice. Decorate with a maraschino cherry speared to a wedge of fresh pineapple. Serve with straws. For a kickier Mai Tai, try topping the drink with a dash of high-proof dark rum. |

Mix first three ingredients in a collins glass, add ice cubes, and stir until glass is frosted. Add bitters and rum. Stir and top with grenadine. Decorate with slices of lemon, orange, pineapple and a stemmed cherry. Serve with a straw. |

Method |

Squeeze lime into a large highball glass half-filled with ice and drop it into the glass. Stir tequila and orange juice with ice and strain into the glass. Pour in grenadine slowly and allow to settle. Stir to complete the sunrise. |
