14 days for correction or a full refund (less postage).

Where do you deliver?
We can deliver anywhere worldwide, we will endevour to find the safest
and cheapest way of getting your painting to you, where ever you are.

When will my painting be delivered?
Most of our work is painted to order, I am sure you will appreciate
that producing work of this quality is not a quick process. in
order for the artist to produce his best work and allow time for
thorough drying prior to shipping, please allow 6-8 weeks for
delivery.
Sometimes we will be able to dispatch paintings immediately from stock
and all paintings offered for auction are available for immediate
shipping.

Are paintings supplied framed?
No, paintings are supplied unframed and shipped in sturdy postal
tubes.
There are two main reasons for this policy;
1) A customers taste in frames is as individual as their taste in
art. Most people prefer to select frames that suits their own
taste, decor and budget.
2) Framed pictures are expensive and difficult to ship safely.
Even with careful packaging minor damage is virtually guaranteed.
It is far easier and less expensive for the customer to have the
canvas stretched and framed locally.

I can't find the painting I am looking for.
Our artists can produce any painting you wish, subject to copyright
conditions, please contact us with your requirements.

Paintings from photographs.
If you have a favourite photograph you would like reproduced as an oil
painting we would be delighted to undertake this work for you.
All we require is a reasonable sized, clear photograph. If it
can be photographed we can paint it. Weddings, graduations,
family groups, houses, cars, boats, horses, holiday scenes etc.
Everyone has a special photograph, turn it into a work of art, for
yourself or as a very special gift.
