Instructions for printing
Click on any area of the map where the cursor doesn't change to a hand (indicating a link).
Use the Page Setup command from the File menu to specify margins, page format, etc. (The map should fit across a portrait format page as well as landscape, though you may have to reduce the margins slightly.)
Under the File menu at the top of this window you should find a Print command, which will open a dialogue box with your options for printing. Although the map is shown on screen in colour for aesthetic reasons, I recommend that you print it as a greyscale picture, as colour adds little of usefulness to the map - and it'll save your colour ink cartridges!
Then click on OK to start printing.
Do the same for the text page. The most important thing to remember is to click on the area of the screen you want to print before choosing your Print command.
