Managing Commercial Website Projects
A paper written as coursework for the Advanced Project Management unit of the MSc Information Systems course at the University of Portsmouth. The paper explains:

• the importance of analysis in ensuring that the Web site meets the customer's strategic business objectives;
• how project management principles may be applied to the development of Internet, intranet or extranet sites, including an introduction to project planning tools and an explanation of their role in managing projects;
• how to use a project methodology (Boehm's Spiral model) and evolutionary prototyping techniques;
• the different phases of a Web project, with guidelines and suggested deliverables for each phase.

Report on Memory Matters (a prototype Web-based learning site)
A report written as coursework for the Interactive Learning on the Web unit of the University of Portsmouth's MSc Information Systems. Includes a link to the prototype Web-based learning site referred to in the report. Also includes a link to the coursework briefing, explaining the requirements for the prototype.
