From an early age I have always designed and made most of my own clothes. So after studying fashion illustration at Somerset College of Art, many years ago, I decided to combine the two when I was asked to work for a small shop in Taunton designing and making clothes from my workshop above. |

Since moving to Cornwall I have made clothes for various shops and held fashion shows, always retaining a number of private clients. |

Nowadays I make for the largely ‘forgotten age group’ of women who are no longer particularly young or trendy but want fashionable clothes in interesting fabrics. Using mainly natural fabrics, particularly linen, I strive to produce flattering shapes with simple, unstructured lines. My aim is to make clothes that women enjoy wearing. |
