Using your will power to stop smoking is about 2% effective.
If you’ve tried patches they are about 5% effective.
It has been scientifically proven that Hypnosis is the most effective way to Stop Smoking
statistics show a 67% rate of success.
Anecdotal evidence suggests that if you want to Stop Smoking,
and you have never suffered from Depression or Panic Attacks.
Then your chances of success are much greater than 67%.
Should you ever see claims of 90%-95% even 100%, then I would ask the therapist who did the
independent verification.
Much of what you believe about stopping smoking has been acquired from the press, TV, radio,
even doctors and other professed experts. Most of it is wrong.
For example one ‘expert’ on Radio Four stated erroneously that Smoking cigarettes is as addictive
as injecting Heroin. Heroin is a Class A, banned substance, you cannot buy it legally anywhere,and
Yet you c an buy Nicotine, the alleged addictive component across the counter in Chemist shops
and every newsagent in the UK, in the form of Patches and Cigarettes.
If it were so addictive you would not be able to buy it legally.
I have stopped people smoking who have smoked between three and eighty cigarettes a day in
ONE session only.
In the 1½.hr. Session I will ask you to fill out a simple questionnaire, I will then explain to you the
Reasons why you have found it difficult to stop in the past. I will then tell you why hypnosis works,and
how you have already used its’ principles in your life.
I will explain the principles of Hypnosis to you and why it works, provided you are committed to want to
stop smoking and you co-operate with me and focus your mind on the session.
Briefly I then explain how you will be sat in a comfortable reclining chair, you will wear headphones
through which you will hear some relaxing music and my voice, as I will be sat approximately six feet
away behind my desk.

I treat clients on a one to one basis, I do not do group sessions as they are less effective
I guarantee to use my best efforts to stop you smoking.
If you have had depression or panic attacks I will not attempt to try as it in all probability it will not work.
However I will outline and alternative therapy to help you achieve your goal.
Should you at any time, within one month of treatment you start smoking again for any reason, I will invite
you back at no charge to see what has happened. If it is after one month I will charge you the standard
session rate.
